Celebrity Chef Peter Kuruvita, together with the t-Lounge by Dilmah will launch a series of innovative tea-inspired dishes as part of the new t-Lounge menu on the 13th of February at the t-Lounge by Dilmah on Chatham Street. Complex, elegant perfection of White Tea - the rare Ceylon Silver Tips, made from the hand-picked buds of Camellia Sinensis only - gently infused and served chilled and sparkling in a champagne flute.
Thai Green Salad with Shrimp and Almond Dressing
A cold salad of fresh Asian vegetables and succulent prawns dressed in a roasted almond and maple syrup dressing.
